Brewers beat the Chicago (NL) Cubs by the score of 11 to 3.

Mark Difelice(5-0) looked good in relief and was the winning pitcher. He
didn't give up much, just 1 hit and no walks in 1 inning. Milwaukee kept the
pressure on throughout the contest as they scored in 6 different innings.

McClung was credited with his 1st save. Ryan Dempster(3-3) was given the
loss. He allowed a few too many baserunners giving up 11 hits and 2 walks in
5 and 1/3 innings.

At Dodger Stadium the Los Angeles(NL) Dodgers outscored the Colorado Rockies 4
to 1.

In the bottom of the 2nd inning Los Angeles(NL) went on top for good plating
an isolated run utilizing 2 base hits. Matt Kemp doubled. James Loney
stepped into the batter's box and he doubled. Russell Martin then drew a
walk. Andre Ethier struck out, unable to help the rally. Casey Blake was
next to the plate, but was promptly struck out. Los Angeles(NL) and Colorado
each finished the afternoon with 5 hits.

The win went to Hiroki Kuroda(4-2) who allowed 1 run in 7 and 2/3 innings.
Kuroda got relief help from Jonathan Broxton who gained credit for his 8th

One run was the difference at Dodger Stadium as the Los Angeles(NL) Dodgers
defeated the Colorado Rockies in 10 innings 5 to 4.

The game was deadlocked at 4 after nine full innings. Los Angeles(NL) came
out on top in the 10th inning. After two outs Andre Ethier smashed a
solo-shot out of the park giving Los Angeles(NL) the win much to the delight
of the home town crowd. Both teams finished the game with 9 hits.

The win was credited to Ramon Troncoso(1-1) who went 2/3 of an inning allowing
no runs. Josh Fogg(0-1) was charged with the loss in relief. He allowed 1
run and 1 hit in 2/3 of an inning.

The Los Angeles(NL) Dodgers nipped the Chicago (NL) Cubs 3 to 2 at Dodger
Stadium in a hard fought contest.

Los Angeles(NL) scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 5th inning with the help of
4 hits. After two were out Randy Wolf started the rally when he banged out a
single. Rafael Furcal next to the plate and he stroked a base-hit. Orlando
Hudson then delivered a single. Manny Ramirez followed and he lashed a
single. Andre Ethier was next to the plate, but was promptly struck out.
Jonathan Broxton pitched a perfect ninth and was credited with his 5th save.

Wolf(3-3) picked up the victory, allowing 2 runs in 6 innings. Carlos
Zambrano(3-3) was tagged with the loss. He allowed 3 runs and 6 hits in 6
innings.
