Center fielder Aaron Rowand had 2 base hits at AT&T Park as the San Francisco
Giants beat the Houston Astros 4 to 2.

Kevin Correia(1-1) pitched well for San Francisco in their victory. He went 7
innings surrendering 9 hits and 1 walk. Houston had a chance to come back in
the 9th but they came up short.

Brian Wilson earned the save, his 8th. Randy Wolf(1-2) was tagged with the
loss. He allowed a few too many baserunners giving up 8 hits and 3 walks in
5 innings.

'I didn't have my best stuff but sometimes you just get lucky,' Correia said,
'this was one of those times.'
