WEB GEMS- Top 3rd: Houston turns a triple play!

At Minute Maid Park, the Houston fans witnessed a great pitcher's duel.
Javier Vazquez(4-1) finally bested his Houston opposite, Russ Ortiz(0-1), by
the score of 1 to 0.

The game's only run was scored in the top of the 3rd inning. That was all the
runs Vazquez needed. Houston threatened in the 9th but their rally came up
short.

Rafael Soriano gained credit for his 5th save. Ortiz was the losing pitcher.
He surrendered 5 hits and 4 walks in 7 innings.
