Philadelphia while the blistering-hot San Francisco Giants scored 5 runs in a
day game at AT&T Park.

Philadelphia was unable to climb back into it after San Francisco went ahead
for good in the bottom of the 7th inning when they scored 2 runs on 4 hits.
Philadelphia was out-hit by San Francisco, 11 hits to 6.

Romo preserved the game for Wellemeyer, recording his his 1st. Joe
Blanton(0-2) was the losing pitcher. He surrendered 8 hits and 1 walk in 6
