In a close game it was the Los Angeles(NL) Dodgers 7, the Philadelphia
Phillies 5 at Citizens Bank Park.

Los Angeles(NL) tallied 2 runs in the top of the 5th inning when they came up
with 4 base hits. Matt Kemp opened up the inning nicely when he doubled.
Hanley Ramirez stepped up to the plate and he ripped a one-base hit. Adrian
Gonzalez was a strikeout victim, unable to help out. A.J. Ellis followed and
he laced a base-hit. Andre Ethier came to the plate and banged out a single.
Los Angeles(NL) had 11 hits for the night.

The win was credited to Clayton Kershaw(2-0) who went 6 innings allowing 5
runs. Javy Guerra earned his 1st save. Cole Hamels(0-2) was tagged with the
loss. He got hammered, allowing 10 hits and 5 walks in 5 and 2/3 innings.
