The Atlanta Braves nipped the San Francisco Giants 7 to 6 at AT&T Park in a
hard fought contest.
The San Francisco fans didn't appreciate the big day Freddie Freeman had. He
lifted one out of the park for a two run home run in the 1st inning, tripled
in the 4th inning and laced a single which scored a run in the 7th inning.
Atlanta finished with 11 hits in the victory.
Kris Medlen(1-0) got the win allowing 4 runs in 5 innings. Craig Kimbrel got
the save, his 4th. Tim Lincecum(1-1) took the loss. He pitched 6 innings
giving up 6 hits and 4 walks.
