Catcher Jesus Flores jacked one out of the ballyard and had 3 RBI at Nationals
Park as the Washington Nationals staged a comeback win over the Atlanta
Braves by the count of 9 to 8.

Washington had the game winning rally in the 9th inning as they scored 4 runs
on 3 base hits. The highlight belonged to Ryan Zimmerman who made the
home-town crowd a happy bunch when he smashed a two-run homer (his 3rd of the
season). Washington totaled 12 hits on the afternoon.

The win was credited to Saul Rivera(1-0) who went 1 inning allowing no runs.
Jeff Bennett(0-2) took the loss in relief. He gave up 2 runs and 1 hit in
1/3 of an inning.

Rivera and Flores were really whooping it up in the clubhouse after the great
come from behind victory. As Lee Michaels noted, 'A win like this one can do
wonders for a team's attitude.' Everyone shares in the joy - the fans, the
players - even you guys - it's better than winning by a dozen runs!'
