Ramon Vazquez cracked a homer and had 2 RBI at Ameriquest Field where the
Texas Rangers beat the Toronto Bluejays by the score of 8 to 4.

Texas scored 4 runs in the 2nd inning when they had 3 base hits. The key
offensive moment was provided by Vazquez who elicited a roar from the
hometown fans when he cleared the fences for a two-run home run (his 2nd of
the season). Texas rapped out 11 hits for the afternoon.

Vicente Padilla(3-1) went 8 and 1/3 innings allowing 4 runs for the victory.
Jesse Litsch(0-2) was given the loss. He served up 3 gopher balls in 5
innings.
