Cole Hamels mowed down 10 Houston batters as the Philadelphia Phillies topped
the Houston Astros by a score of 8 to 2 at Minute Maid Park.

Hamels(2-0) looked very much in control throughout the night. He didn't give
up much, just 5 hits and 1 walk in 9 innings. Philadelphia had 12 hits for
the night.

Brian Moehler(0-1) took the loss. 'Everything felt great' Hamels said. 'I had
a good fastball, I felt I could throw it by everybody tonight.'
