Adam Jones cracked 2 homeruns at Camden Yards as the Baltimore Orioles beat
the Detroit Tigers by the count of 4 to 2.
 
Jones helped send the fans home happy.  He smashed a solo-shot out of the park
in the 2nd inning, stroked a base-hit in the 5th inning and delivered a solo
blast in the 7th inning.  Both teams ended up with 6 hits on the afternoon.
 
The victory went to Jeremy Guthrie(1-0) who went 6 and 1/3 innings, allowing 2
runs. Troy Patton recorded his 1st save.  Justin Verlander(0-1) was hit with
the loss.  He allowed 4 homeruns in 8 innings of work.
