At Tropicana Field, the Tampa Bay fans witnessed a great pitcher's duel. Matt
Garza(2-2) finally bested his Oakland opposite, Trevor Cahill(1-1), by the
score of 3 to 1.

Tampa Bay took the lead for good in the bottom of the 7th inning plating one
baserunner. Rafael Soriano pitched a perfect ninth to earn his 3rd save.

Cahill absorbed the loss. He surrendered 6 hits and 2 walks in 7 innings.
