The Toronto Bluejays edged the Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium by the
score of 9 to 8.

Toronto wasted no time and took the lead in the first inning scoring 5 runners

crowd when he lifted one out of the park for a two run home run. Kansas City
threatened in the 9th but Toronto was able to put down the rally.

Ricky Romero(4-3) went 7 and 1/3 innings allowing 5 runs for the victory.

losing pitcher.
