In a great finish the Atlanta Braves came back in the top of the ninth and
held on to win over the Houston Astros by a score of 4 to 3 at Minute Maid
Field.

Atlanta had the game winning rally in the 9th inning when they tallied 4 runs
on 5 hits. Houston had 10 hits in the game while Atlanta had 6, but Atlanta
had the more timely hits.

Kyle Davies(2-1) went 1/3 of an inning allowing no runs for the victory.
Davies was helped out by Dan Kolb who recorded his 3rd save. Brad Lidge(5-1)
was the losing pitcher in relief.

'The only way this one could have been better', said Davies, 'was if we had
played it at home.'
