Catcher Joe Mauer touched them all and had 2 RBI as the Minnesota Twins came
back to win one over Baltimore Orioles, 7 to 4.

Minnesota came through with the game-winning runs in the bottom of the 9th
inning when they tallied 4 runs on 2 hits. The key at-bat was by Justin
Morneau who electrified Metrodome when he smacked a three-run homer.
Minnesota and Baltimore each finished the afternoon with 9 hits.

The victory went to Matt Guerrier(3-0) who went 1 and 1/3 innings, allowing 1
run. Cla Meredith(1-2) was the loser in relief. John Thomas was all smiles
after the ballgame, 'It sure was looking pretty dim there for a while, but
our guys never gave up - and neither did our fans - they kept cheering us on.
What a sweet win!'
