Yunel Escobar had 2 base hits as the Toronto Bluejays beat the Texas Rangers
by a score of 3 to 1.
 
Toronto did all of it's offensive work in the 7th inning scoring 3 runners on
2 hits.  The critical plate appearance was by Jose Bautista who excited the
crowd when he lost the ball over the fence for three runs.  Henderson
Alvarez(3-2) got help from Casey Janssen who pitched a perfect ninth and was
credited with his 3rd save.  
 
Colby Lewis(2-2) was hit with the loss. Despite losing, he struckout 10
Toronto batters in 7 innings.
