Third baseman Edwin Encarnacion homered and had 2 RBI and Aaron Harang
completed the game without help from the bullpen as the Cincinnati Reds beat
the San Francisco Giants by a score of 4 to 2.

Cincinnati scored 2 runs in the 5th inning. The critical plate appearance was
by Brandon Phillips who electrified Great American Bpk when he cracked a
two-run shot (his 6th of the season). San Francisco went down without a
fight in the 9th.

The win went to Harang(2-2) who allowed 2 runs in the game. Barry Zito(3-3)
ended up with the loss. By giving up 4 runs in 6 innings his ERA increased
from 3.48 to 3.86.
