Tommy Milone was on top of his game, blanking Houston on just 3 hits as the
Oakland A's bested the Houston Astros 4 to 0 at Minute Maid
Park.

Milone(4-0) pitched one of his finer games as he simply was too much for the
Houston batters. He didn't allow much, just 3 hits and no walks in 9 innings
lowering his ERA from 2.63 to 1.98. Oakland banged out 10 hits on the
afternoon.

Dallas Keuchel(0-2) was the losing pitcher. 'Milone gave us exactly what we
needed today.' Lee Michaels said. 'When he threw the fastball he threw it for
strikes. They were really fooled by his change. Most of the time he had
them chasing it.'
