The Cincinnati Reds edged the Chicago (NL) Cubs at Wrigley Field by the score
of 2 to 1.

Cincinnati won the game with a run in the top of the 9th inning. Edwin
Encarnacion drew a walk. Austin Kearns was next to the plate, but was
promptly struck out. Ryan Freel was the next batter, but he struck out.
Felipe Lopez was up next and he smacked a single. Sean Casey stepped into
the box and doubled scoring the run. Cincinnati finished with 12 hits while
Chicago (NL) ended up with 5.

Randy Keisler(2-1) got credit for the victory, pitching 8 innings and allowing
1 run. Keisler got help from David Weathers who earned his 14th save. The
losing pitcher was Will Ohman(1-1) in relief.
