Kevin Slowey(4-1) and Nate Robertson(2-2) treated the Minnesota fans to a fine
pitching duel at Metrodome. The Minnesota Twins eventually emerged as
victors over the Detroit Tigers by the score of 2 to 1.

Slowey looked very much in control throughout the day. He didn't give up
much, just 5 hits and 1 walk in 8 innings. Both teams ended up with 5 hits
on the afternoon.
