Matt Holliday lofted one into the 'cheap seats' and had 3 RBI at Great
American Bpk as the St. Louis Cardinals beat the Cincinnati Reds by the count
of 8 to 5.

St. Louis started with a bang, jumping out to an early lead in their half of
the first scoring 3 runners on 5 hits. The big moment was provided by
Holliday who silenced Great American Bpk as he belted a three-run homer. Joe
Kelly(2-1) got relief help from Edward Mujica who was excellent in relief and
gained credit for his 5th save.

Bronson Arroyo(0-3) was the losing pitcher. He was knocked around pretty
good, giving up 5 runs in 3 and 1/3 innings. The St. Louis ballclub's record
now stands at a division leading 14-6. With this loss, Cincinnati has a 4-6
record of late, 6-6 overall.
