Jose Quintana(2-1), with relief help from Brett Myers, handcuffed the Houston
Astros batters at US Cellular Field in a day game.  The Chicago (AL) Whitesox
scored 7 runs for the win.
 
Houston was unable to climb back into it after Chicago (AL) went ahead for
good in the bottom of the 6th inning plating 3 runs utilizing 3 base hits.
Paul Konerko led off and started the rally when he drew a walk.  Adam Dunn
followed and he popped a two-run clout over the fence.  Tyler Flowers dug
into the batters box next, but he struck out.  Alex Rios was up next and he
clubbed a solo home run.  Gordon Beckham came up to bat and lashed a single.
Alexei Ramirez added to the rally and grounded into a double play.  Chicago
(AL) had 12 hits for the afternoon while Houston had 6.  
 
Dallas Keuchel(0-1) was the loser.  With this win, Chicago (AL) has a 10-15
record.  They have been 4-6 lately.  Houston has a record of 10-14 after the
loss.
