Grady Sizemore connected with a 'big fly' and had 2 RBI as the Cleveland
Indians defeated the Kansas City Royals by the score of 6 to 3 at Progressive
Field.

Cleveland drew first blood jumping out to an early lead in the first inning
scoring 4 runners on 5 hits. The early run support proved sufficient for
Fausto Carmona(1-2) and Cleveland. That was all the run support Carmona
required. Cleveland managed 9 hits in their victory.

Rafael Perez earned the save, his 3rd. Kyle Davies(0-1) was given the loss.
He was knocked around by Cleveland, allowing 9 hits and 2 walks in 4 and 1/3
innings.
