Emil Brown launched 2 homeruns as the Oakland A's topped the Cleveland Indians
by a score of 7 to 2 at Progressive Field.

Brown was unconscious all day. The Cleveland fans hated to see him approaching
the batter's box as he just kept delivering base hits! He launched a
rocket-shot out of the park for a Grand Slam homerun in the 1st inning,
doubled in the 7th inning and blasted a solo shot (his 2nd of the season) in
the 9th inning. For the game Oakland out-hit Cleveland 9 to 4.

Justin Duchscherer(2-0) was the winner allowing 2 runs in 7 innings. C.C.
Sabathia(3-3) took the loss. He was unable to control the Oakland offense
and allowed 6 hits and 2 walks in 3 and 1/3 innings.

'I felt great out there today,' Brown said, 'Maybe I should make a regular
habit of getting to bed on time!'
