Second baseman Ian Kinsler homered and had 3 RBI at Ameriquest Field as the
Texas Rangers beat the New York (AL) Yankees 6 to 2.

Kinsler made sure the Texas fans enjoyed themselves. He tripled in the 1st
inning, doubled which scored a run in the 2nd inning and cleared the fences
for a two-run home run (his 5th of the season) in the 6th inning. Texas had
10 hits overall, while New York (AL) had 5.

Scott Feldman(2-3) went 7 and 2/3 innings allowing 2 runs for the victory.
Sidney Ponson(1-3) absorbed the loss. He gave up 10 hits and 1 walk in 6 and
2/3 innings.
