Randy Wolf recorded a complete game shutout and George Kottaras had 2 base
hits and 3 RBI at Miller Park as the Milwaukee Brewers beat the Pittsburgh
Pirates 5 to 0.

Wolf(1-1) looked very much in control throughout the day. He was stingy on the
mound, allowing just 5 hits and 4 walks in 9 innings seeing his ERA drop from
5.14 to 2.25. Both teams' bats went to sleep after the 3rd inning with no
runs scored after that point.

Jeff Karstens(0-1) ended up with the loss. He gave up 5 runs and 9 hits in 5
innings.
