The Atlanta Braves edged the Miami Marlins in 15 innings at Marlins Park by
the score of 5 to 4.

The score was knotted at 4 after nine innings. Finally, Atlanta pulled the
game out in the 15th inning. After two outs David Ross doubled. Michael
Bourn was next and he doubled. Atlanta ended up with 16 hits for the game
while Miami had 13.

The winning pitcher was Kris Medlen(1-1) who allowed no runs in 3 innings.
Craig Kimbrel got the save, his 4th. Carlos Zambrano(1-2) was the loser in
relief.

With this win, Atlanta has a 6-8 record. They have been 4-6 lately. Andy
Virostek was pretty down after the loss. 'We've really been sputtering along
lately, something like 1-9 in the last week or two. That won't get it done.'
