Marco Estrada dominated striking out 11 San Diego batters as the Milwaukee
Brewers pulled out a win over the struggling San Diego Padres by a score of 2
to 1 at Miller Park.

The game was won by Milwaukee when they scored a run in the bottom of the 9th
inning. Carlos Gomez hit a bases-empty home run making Milwaukee victorious
to the delight of the the home town crowd. Milwaukee finished with just 5
hits in the victory.

The victory went to Manny Parra(1-0) who went 2/3 of an inning, allowing no
runs. Luke Gregerson(0-2) was the losing pitcher in relief. He pitched 1
inning and surrendered 1 hit and no walks.
