In a lop-sided win the Cincinnati Reds ripped the Colorado Rockies by a 13 to
4 count.

Jay Bruce enjoyed a fine day at the plate. He laced a base-knock scoring a
run in the 3rd inning, slapped a one-base hit resulting in a run in the 4th
inning and bombed a two-run dinger in the 6th inning. Cincinnati simply wore
out the Colorado pitching staff, scoring in 6 different innings.

The win was credited to Aaron Harang(1-0) who went 2 innings allowing no runs.
Ubaldo Jimenez(1-6) was given the loss. He allowed a few too many
baserunners giving up 7 hits and 3 walks in 3 innings.
