Jarrod Saltalamacchia cracked a homer and had 3 RBI at Fenway Park as the
Boston Redsox beat the Houston Astros 9 to 4.
 
Saltalamacchia helped send the fans home happy.  He belted a three-run homer
in the 1st inning, doubled in the 3rd inning and ripped a base-knock in the
8th inning.  For the game Boston out-hit Houston 15 to 7.  
 
The win was credited to John Lackey(1-0) who went 6 innings allowing 4 runs.
Lackey got help from Craig Breslow who earned his 1st save.  Lucas
Harrell(0-1) suffered the loss.
