Joey Votto smashed 2 homeruns and scored 4 times and Mike Leake completed the
game without help from the bullpen as the Cincinnati Reds defeated the St.
Louis Cardinals by the score of 10 to 4 at Busch Stadium.

The St. Louis fans didn't appreciate the big day Votto had. He ripped a
base-knock in the 1st inning, clubbed a solo home run in the 3rd inning,
smashed a solo-shot out of the park in the 7th inning and stroked a one-base
hit in the 9th inning. Cincinnati totaled 15 hits on the afternoon.

Leake(2-0) picked up the complete game victory, allowing 4 runs. The loss was
charged to Jake Westbrook(1-2). He pitched 6 innings giving up 8 hits and 1
walk.
