Tommy Hanson(1-1) and Travis Wood(1-1) treated the Atlanta fans to a fine
pitching duel at Turner Field. The Atlanta Braves eventually emerged as
victors over the Cincinnati Reds by the score of 3 to 1.

In the 5th inning Atlanta scored 2 runs when they had 3 base hits. The key
offensive moment was provided by Hanson who brought the crowd to their feet
when he doubled which was good for two runs. Atlanta had just 5 hits for the
afternoon.

Hanson was helped out by Craig Kimbrel who recorded his 7th save.
