Nationals by a score of 11 to 3.

Florida took the lead off Odalis Perez in the first inning scoring 5 runners
on 4 hits. The key offensive moment was provided by Josh Willingham who
thrilled the crowd when he bombed a two-run dinger (his 3rd of the season).
Washington was out-hit by Florida, 15 hits to 10.

The win went to Joe Nelson(1-0) who allowed no runs in 2 and 1/3 innings. The
loss was charged to Perez(1-3). He was knocked around, surrendering 5 runs
