Jorge De La Rosa tossed a fine 2 hitter and third baseman Ian Stewart had 4
hits at AT&T Park as the Colorado Rockies beat the San Francisco Giants 5 to
1.

Stewart had a big day against San Francisco. He doubled in the 2nd inning,
launched a rocket-shot out of the park for a Grand Slam homerun in the 3rd
inning, smacked a single in the 5th inning and banged out a one-base hit in
the 9th inning. Colorado banged out 10 hits on the afternoon.

The win was credited to De La Rosa(1-0) who went the whole way allowing 1 run.
Matt Cain(2-1) took the loss. He gave up 5 runs and 8 hits in 6 and 2/3
innings.
