Franklin Morales(1-2), with relief help from Clayton Mortensen, handcuffed the
Minnesota Twins batters at Target Field in a day game.  The Boston Redsox
scored 6 runs for the win.
 
Morales had a strong outing.  He gave up just 3 hits and 4 walks in 8 innings.
Minnesota was out-hit by Boston, 12 hits to 4.  
 
Nick Blackburn(1-4) was the losing pitcher.  The Boston ballclub's record now
stands at a division leading 9-7.  With the loss, the Minnesota ballclub's
record is 8-18, worst in the division.
