In a close game it was the Seattle Mariners 4, the Toronto Bluejays 2 at
Rogers Centre.
 
Seattle tallied 2 runs in the top of the 7th inning.  The key at-bat was by
Dustin Ackley who silenced the crowd when he lined a base-hit bringing home
two baserunners.  Seattle out-hit Toronto for the game, 10 hits to 7.
 
Hisashi Iwakuma(2-0) picked up the victory, allowing 2 runs in 7 and 2/3
innings. Tom Wilhelmsen gained credit for his 3rd save.  Steve Delabar(1-2)
was given the loss in relief.
