The Baltimore Orioles nipped the Texas Rangers 4 to 3 at Camden Yards in a
hard fought contest.

In the bottom of the 4th inning Baltimore scored 2 runs. The crucial at-bat
was provided by Robert Andino who made the crowd come alive when he doubled
scoring two baserunners. Texas tried unsuccessfully to come back in the 9th.

The win was credited to Chris Tillman(1-0) who went 7 and 1/3 innings allowing
3 runs. Jim Johnson was credited with his 3rd save. The loss was charged to
Matt Harrison(0-2).

'You have to give Texas credit, they fought us tough to the end' Craig
Lombardi said. 'It could have gone either way, but I'm glad we pulled out
the victory.'
