First baseman Justin Morneau hit one over the fence and had 2 RBI and Scott
Baker was able to finish what he started and was credited with a complete
game as the Minnesota Twins outscored the Chicago (AL) Whitesox 5 to
2.

Chicago (AL) never recovered after Minnesota took the lead in the bottom of
the 2nd inning plating an isolated run. Minnesota had 8 hits for the
afternoon.

Baker(3-0) got the victory, allowing 2 runs for the game. John Danks(0-3) was
charged with the loss. He gave up 5 hits and 4 walks in 4 innings.

'I've been working on a few things in my delivery, and I think I'm hitting a
good groove.' Baker said after the game. 'I'm ready to start another game
tomorrow!'
