Chris Perez had an impressive outing at Target Field as the Cleveland Indians
beat the Minnesota Twins by the count of 4 to 1.

Jake Westbrook(2-1) had a steady outing. He surrendered 6 hits and 2 walks in
5 innings dropping his ERA from 5.17 to 4.35. Cleveland finished with just 5
hits in the victory.

Perez recorded the save, his 2nd. Kevin Slowey(1-1) was the losing pitcher.

Wth the win Cleveland now has a record of 6-8. With the loss Minnesota now
has a record of 9-6.
