In a game at AT&T Park the San Francisco Giants got by the St. Louis Cardinals
by the score of 7 to 4.

San Francisco came up with the deciding runs in the bottom of the 8th inning
with 3 runs on 3 hits. Angel Pagan led off the inning for San Francisco when
he delivered a single. Pagan got a good lead and stole second. Marco
Scutaro then laid down a sacrifice bunt. Melky Cabrera stepped in and he
lined a base-hit. Buster Posey was next to the plate, but was promptly
struck out. Pablo Sandoval continued the rally and popped a two-run clout
over the fence. St. Louis was out-hit by San Francisco, 14 hits to 9.

Sergio Romo(1-1) was the winner allowing no runs in 1 inning. Santiago Casilla
was credited with his 7th save. Mitchell Boggs(2-2) was hit with the loss in
relief.
