Designated hitter David Ortiz blasted a homerun and had 2 RBI as the Boston

keyed the rally when he drew a walk. Ortiz stepped up next and he blasted a
two-run home run. That was all the offense they were to need. Boston ended
up with 14 hits for the game while Texas had 7.

The winning pitcher was Felix Doubront(2-1) who allowed no runs in 5 innings.
