Shortstop Cliff Pennington had 2 base hits and Guillermo Moscoso went 8 solid
innings as the Oakland A's topped the Houston Astros by a score of 4 to 1 at
O.co Coliseum.
 
Houston was unable to claim the lead after Oakland went ahead in the 2nd
inning as they scored 2 runs on 2 base hits.  That early run support was all
that Moscoso(3-0) required.  Oakland ended up with 7 hits for the game while
Houston had 3.  
 
Andrew Bailey was credited with his 6th save.  Wandy Rodriguez(0-2) took the
loss.  He surrendered 6 hits and 5 walks in 5 and 2/3 innings.
