Minnesota drew first blood jumping out to an early lead in the first inning plating one baserunner. After two were out Michael Cuddyer single-handedly provided a rally, as he belted a solo home run. That was all Baker(2-0) needed. Minnesota had a total of 12 hits for the game. Luis Perez(1-2) was tagged with the loss. He allowed a few too many baserunners giving up 8 hits and 2 walks in 5 innings. Wth the win Minnesota now has a record of 14-13. With this loss, Toronto has a 5-5 record of late, 12-11 overall.
