TEAM RISP- Orioles: 5 for 15 Yankees: 0 for 10

The New York (AL) Yankees pitching coach might be looking for a new job soon.
His team allowed 9 runs while Chris Tillman(3-2), with relief help from Brian
Matusz, shutout New York (AL) in a laugher.

Baltimore claimed the early lead in the first inning scoring 2 runs using 2
hits. Adam Jones led off and started the attack as he doubled. Danny
Valencia came next and he doubled resulting in a run. After an out was
recorded, Andy Pettitte then threw a high and inside pitch that got by the
catcher; it was ruled a passed ball. Pettitte then unleashed a wild pitch
scoring the final run of the inning. That early run support was enough for
Tillman and Baltimore. New York (AL) was out-hit by Baltimore, 16 hits to 5.

Pettitte(2-1) took the loss. He gave up 10 hits and 1 walk in 5 and 2/3
innings.
