Felix Hernandez didn't allow a hit until the 6th inning at SAFECO Field as the
Seattle Mariners beat the struggling Toronto Bluejays 7 to 3.

Hernandez(5-0) contributed a very nicely pitched game. He didn't give up
much, just no hits and 1 walk in 5 and 2/3 innings. Hernandez chalked up 6
strikeouts improving his ERA from 2.43 to 2.11. The right-handed Hernandez
lost his chance for a no-hitter when Ryan Goins singled with two outs in the
6th inning. Seattle had only 6 hits for the afternoon.

Carter Capps gained credit for his 1st save. The losing pitcher was Todd
Redmond(1-4). He served up 3 homeruns in his 6 innings.
