Felix Doubront(3-1) and Hisashi Iwakuma(2-3) treated the Seattle fans to a
fine pitching duel at SAFECO Field.  The Boston Redsox eventually emerged as
victors over the Seattle Mariners by the score of 1 to 0.
 
The game's only run was scored in the top of the 3rd inning.  After an out was
recorded, Jose Iglesias doubled.  After another out, Stephen Drew stepped in
and he doubled scoring the run.  That was all the offense they were to need.
Seattle had a chance to come back in the 9th but they came up short.
 
Doubront got help from Koji Uehara who was credited with his 2nd save.
