doubles and had 2 RBI as the Boston Redsox beat the Tampa Bay Rays by a score

Ramirez(1-3) won the game with a masterful relief performance. He performed
flawlessly in relief in his 3 innings and chalked up 4 strikeouts reducing
his ERA from 2.13 to 1.72.  Ramirez was helped out by Jonathan Papelbon who
pitched a perfect ninth and recorded his 2nd save.  
 
James Shields(2-3) suffered the loss.  He pitched 8 innings and surrendered 9
hits and 2 walks.
