Jon Lester dominated striking out 10 Toronto batters at Fenway Park where the
Boston Redsox beat the Toronto Bluejays 7 to 4.

Lester(3-2) contributed a very nicely pitched game. He didn't allow much,
just 5 hits and 3 walks in 9 innings and served up 2 'big flies'. Boston
banged out 10 hits on the afternoon.

Brett Cecil(0-3) was given the loss. He was hit hard and gave up 8 hits and 5
walks in 5 and 2/3 innings. The Boston fans were thrilled by the performance
put forth by Lester, but it was clearly his strikeouts that they enjoyed
most. 'When he reached 10 strikeouts the fans showed him their appreciation
with a loud cheer.' Andy Virostek said following the game.
