game at O.co Coliseum.  The final score was the Oakland A's 4, the Cleveland
Indians 3.
 
Brandon McCarthy(1-1) earned his pay with a solid performance for Oakland.  He
went 7 innings allowing 7 hits and no walks dropping his ERA from 10.38 to
4.76.  Cleveland tried unsuccessfully to come back in the 9th.  
 
Grant Balfour recorded the save, his 4th.  Corey Kluber(1-1) took the loss.
He allowed 4 runs and 6 hits in 6 innings.
