WEB GEMS- Top 1st: Denard Span robbed Jose Bautista of a Homerun!

The Minnesota Twins pitching coach might be looking for a new job soon. His
team allowed 10 runs while Ricky Romero(1-0)with bullpen support surrendered
2 runs to Minnesota in a laugher.

In the top of the 2nd inning Toronto scored 6 runs when they had 4 base hits.
The early run support proved sufficient for Romero and Toronto. That was all
the run support Romero required. For the game Toronto out-hit Minnesota 10
to 7.

Liam Hendriks(0-1) suffered the loss. Toronto now has a record of 6-8. Ron
Gardenhire was unhappy with his club's recent performance. 'We can't keep
losing games' he said. 'It gets to be embarrassing after a while.'
