Phil Hughes(2-0)with the aid of the bullpen handcuffed the Houston Astros
batters at Minute Maid Park in a day game.  The New York (AL) Yankees scored
5 runs for the win.
 
Hughes contributed a very nicely pitched game.  He allowed just 5 hits and 1
walk in 7 and 2/3 innings.  Hughes chalked up 8 strikeouts dropping his ERA
